Hello Hello Hello 🙂
So today I went to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and, as I had no post scheduled for today, I thought I would do a short post on it.
The Sculpture park is free to enter, which is pretty good for how much you get to see. The park is made up of temporary pieces of art created by a range of artists, most of which are set outside across a huge landscape, as well as inside exhibitions.
The Sculpture park is definitely worth visiting, however there are a few things to be aware of. Although there is no entry fee, there are parking fee’s which are a bit extreme. £5 for 2 hours or £8 for the day, so if you’re not happy to pay that, look into other ways of getting there. The other thing to be aware of is a lot of the ‘gardens/exhibitions’ are closed during bad weather, however with most you can still see the sculptures, just from a distance.
I’ve posted a few more pictures on my Instagram if you want to check them out 🙂
